Our chefs, Andy and Dean, base our menus on the changing seasons. Therefore, while we love asparagus, you won’t see it on our menus in September and, while we feel affection for raspberries, there will be no cranachans at The Weir in January.

We have dedicated Tuesday nights to Tapas Tuesday! Come along and try Spanish style dining with a Scottish twist for yourself! Menus will change weekly and will always adopt the best seasonal produce available in Scotland.
Further, when it’s a sunny Sunday, come along to The Weir and enjoy a barbeque in our beer garden prepared by our Aussie chef. |
|
Where possible, we shop locally, sustainably, ethically and organically. Scotland has some of the best produce in the world: our beef comes from Scottish Highland farms and is Highland Reserve Certified, extra matured on the bone and hand butchered to guarantee the very best flavour and texture. Further, our pork, chicken and eggs are all free-range while only organically farmed salmon will be found on our menus. |
