The bar at the Weir is accessed through a separate entrance on Main Street. We invite you to come in for a drink after work, an evening out with the ladies, a quick hauf-n-a-hauf, a glass (or two) of wine, a boys night out, a date night with the other half, an evening of celebrations, salutations or commiserations, or a cheeky gin of a Sunday afternoon. Whatever you’re drinking to, you’re welcome at the bar at The Weir.

We will be offering a range of wines, spirits, beers and ales as well as all day pub menus, which can be viewed here.
To date, we have had very successful band nights at The Weir Bar with The Sly Dogs, Jerusalem Harpoon, Blind Panik & Thunder Road playing at The Weir. Also our popular Karaoke and Acoustic nights and soon to be quiz nights. These nights will be listed on our What’s On page. |
|
If you are a local band/ singer and would like to get involved, do get in touch at thebar@bridgetheweir.com.
Further, we are rugby, Formula 1, cricket, football and, in general, sports mad. Sky Sports will be installed. If there is a big sporting event, we will ensure you can view it at The Weir on our large screen.
