We are proud to announce that we are in partnership with Brodies – a name synonymous with quality. All Brodies beans and blends are roasted at their state-of-the-art roasting house in Musselburgh, Scotland. In addition to The Weir, Brodies supply a number of renowned businesses across Scotland, including the Three Chimneys restaurant, The Balmoral Hotel, The Blythswood Hotel and Crieff Hydro. |

Brodies are as passionate about fair-trade as we are. All our tea, drinking chocolate and sugars are fair-trade certified. Our coffee is linked to Coffee Kids – an organization established by the owners of the bean plantations that supply Brodies’ roasting house. |

We work closely with our award winning coffee guru, Ian Hannah, to ensure that our team is fully trained in the art of coffee. In addition, we serve a wide range of traditional leaf teas and more modern herbals and infusions. |
