We, the management team and staff, are excited about the establishment of our coffee lounge, bistro and bar in the village. In addition to having a passion for quality food, we will invest in our team to ensure excellent service. As well as full coffee and wine training, we will offer our team members comprehensive support to guarantee that you will always enjoy your dining experience at The Weir.
Having held positions across the United Kingdom, Europe, South East Asia and Australasia, our chefs will bring a wealth of knowledge of numerous ingredients, cooking styles and cuisines to The Weir. Our food is not contrived: our chefs confidently allow the ingredients to do the talking through classic flavour combinations… sometimes with a twist.
